NEO offers a new approach to executive and retained search. Listening to our clients for the past 10 years, we developed a project based hiring method that makes high quality retained search possible through all layers of leadership, not just the board room.

Our system is designed to solve the vacancies that other agents find too challenging, or too risky, to fill on a contingent basis. This could be a highly technical profile, a specialized commercial position, or finding the start-up members for a new market entry.

We take on these challenges because our decade long experience in the APAC and European markets enables us to find talent that does not actively signal their availability.​
