NEO offers a new approach to executive and retained search. Listening to our clients for the past 10 years, we developed a project based hiring method that makes high quality retained search possible through all layers of leadership, not just the board room.

Deshima Awards
Every 2 years, the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in Japan (NCCJ), supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, awards companies with Dutch roots that lead the way in Japan – those companies that have demonstrated successful business development in Japan, and have added value to society.
This year’s Deshima Awards ceremony was announced by Ms. Ingrid Thijssen, President of VNO-NCW following the Energy Transition seminar and presented by Minister of Trade Relations, Liesje Schreinemacher as part of a trade mission, at the Okura Tokyo.
