The Brand Manager is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through the development and execution of brand strategies, leveraging consumer insights, and implementing innovative marketing initiatives. This role leads end-to-end brand activities to enhance brand equity, acquire new customers, retain existing customers, and maximize business performance.

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.

  • Define and manage business KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.

  • Identify consumer insights and market opportunities.

  • Develop innovative product, service, pricing, and promotional concepts.

  • Lead marketing campaigns from concept development through post-campaign evaluation.

  • Conduct market, concept, and offer testing.

  • Prepare agency briefs and manage advertising, creative, and media partners.

  • Oversee creative development across TV, digital, social media, POS, and packaging.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, PR, Operations, IT, SCM, etc.).

Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

  • Manage project budgets and timelines.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation to support long-term brand growth.

  • Minimum 5 years of brand marketing experience.

  • Experience in CPG, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or related consumer industries.

  • Proven experience in campaign development, execution, and new product launches.

  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and market research methodologies.

  • Ability to develop effective brand and communication strategies.

  • Experience creating clear and effective agency briefs.

  • Knowledge of media planning and marketing effectiveness measurement.

  • Strong budget and project management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
