Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from business development to placement.
Source, assess, and place mid-career and executive-level talent.
Develop and execute strategies to grow your specialist market desk.
Work independently while leveraging NEO’s Japanese team and existing network.
5+ years of 360° recruitment experience.
Proven experience in high-level mid-career contingency or retained executive search.
Experience working with Japanese clients, or a strong interest in developing within the Japanese business sector.
Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working with high autonomy.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build and grow a market independently.
