Oversee IT Applications and IT Infra teams, steering and supporting them in large-scale global IT upgrade project as well as process improvements
Ensure security standards are adhered to
Collaborate with global team on aligning IT initiatives
Manage Japan’s IT budget
8-10 years or more experience in retail IT
Strong knowledge across IT fields including applications, infrastructure & security, IT planning, governance, and IT risk
People management experience
Japanese + English speaker needed
